Surf nice little waves from June through September on Stand Up Paddleboards. Dont have to drive to Phuket or fly to Bali to stay in form. With SUP you can get really fit and strong while you have a blast adn see the country.

Your welcome to come anytime. SUP ( Paddleboard )on flat water could be a good gentle start to strengthen core stability muscles. Good to get chill out space also. Njoy Your Day

You'll need to practice on flat water first, then on gradually rougher water until you develop the body memory. Like learning to walk, but faster learning curve. As usual, time on the water is what counts. Rivers and lakes very nice to train on also, as you glide so smoothly and silently through these pristine waterscapes. Your body will love it.
