Wind dropped a little but still planing conditions - more windsurfers leaving the beach - had 11 out yesterday not bad for a Tuesday afternoon low season.

Am and I will be at the club Blue Lagoon from about 11.00am today. Songkran in Pattaya so no staff. But shop is open and you can still surf if the wind comes up.

I wrote this blog in November 2004 ( being an avid naturalist, (like most windsurfers tend to be, I thought I would recycle it).
Awesome day again.

Amara Watersports Windsurfing Thailand
Hi Water Luvers,
We have a North East Breeze today, though very light. Last Sunday it came up for short time - but has been little wind for last 10 days even in Vietnam.
There is wind forecast - starting to pick up on Friday and continuing through the weekend. Looks like it will be stronger in Rayong direction however.
We called into Pi Somai's Windsurfing Club in Bhan Phe (just South of Rayong) last week and there is a lot of gear there now. When I was there the wind had dropped, but still a f… Continue

Captain O said… - Perhaps Saturday the 23 or 30 Aug might be a good day to do the trip. I am sure we can take 4-6 boards without any problem. Even though I had 10 people on the boat before I prefer to have max. 6 people incl. myself on board. If there are more people interested I could ask my sailing buddy Chaiek who has the same Trimaran :-)
At the moment I am pretty busy, but perhaps next month I am in for a SUP session during the week !!

- I definately will drop by soon to try the SUP !!!!!! One of these days we could also take a couple of people and their SUPs up to Koh Kram for some exploration of the coral reefs there.....

Unfortunately my wife and kid just came back from Europe on Thursday so I had no permission to go to Pattaya...Next weekend I am out on the water again. Like to join or are you too busy ??
And yes, I like the idea of a SUP as a tender for my boat !!
