Inaugral Cricket & Football Day

This another great idea to expand the Vets community and activities in Bangkok! Starting from this year, there will be an annual Cricket+Football day with the Football Veterans and Cricketing Southerners.
The plan is to do this on a 4-team basis, in which the Southerners will be forming 2 teams, and the Vets League the other 2 teams.

Inspired by our sponsors, 4 teams are aptly named as:

- Crossbar Wolfs
- Tesco Tipsters
- Monroe Pikeys
- Essential Barfers

This is a full-day event, where the first half will be swinging away with the cricket bats, and the second half (in late afternoon) will be shooting the footballs.

And, of course, we'll conclude the day, in true Vets social style, at the Crossbar.

Including substitutes, each squad is planned to be maximum 9-a-side (i.e, 7-a-side with substitutes), so the organizers are looking for 18 Vets League players who would like make up the 2 Vets League teams. as it's late notice tehre are only 5 places so if you want to join contact EG soon on eralpben@gmail.com or eralpben@yahoo.com
